This is not a complete list of suggestions, you should consult
your doctor for the best comfort positions.
Top of screen on monitor should be at eye level.
Keyboard should be at a height that forms a comfortable position
(around 90 degrees at elbow). This can be accomplished by adjusting
chair height.
Wrists should not rest on keyboard when typing.
Feet should be flat on floor.
Screen should be close to you, but not too close.
Keyboard and mouse wrist pad can be helpful (especially the gel
kind).
A mouse with a scroll button is very helpful.
Often you may need to buy extension cords for your keyboard,
mouse, and monitor so that you can place the computer out of the
way, but in a convenient place.
