Print these instructions

1. you need Winzip installed (http://www.winzip.com/)
   
   
   Download the Virtual Control program
   
   
2. log on to internet
3. go to www.jeffcomputers.com/winvnc.zip 
4. fill in the circle that says something like 'run this program'
5. click ok
   
   
   Install and run the program:
   
   
6. May have to click "I agree" when Winzip pops up
7. double click on setup.exe (blue icon)
8. click ok> next> yes> next> next> finish
9. go to start > programs > ncn > Run WinVNC (App Mode)
10. Click in the password box and type a password you can remember
11. click ok
    
    
    Schedule a time for repair:

14. e-mail Jeff Computers to make sure that a technician is ready to assist you
15. go to start > programs > ncn > Run WinVNC (App Mode)
16. Click ok
17. log on to the internet
18. if you have a second phone line, call Jeff Computers to communicate while repairing
    you will see someone repairing your computer soon (mouse will move out of your control, *do not fight with the mouse.
